Rebecca Calvin is the Chief Marketing Officer at Stater Bros. Markets where she leads the company’s marketing efforts, which include the Sales and Merchandising, Integrated Marketing, eCommerce, and Food Strategy and Innovation departments. She is responsible for strengthening the company’s ability to meet the evolving needs of grocery shoppers in the diverse Southern California market through smart and effective product, pricing, and promotion strategies.
Rebecca reports to President & CEO Greg McNiff.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor of science degree in biology with a minor in business administration and is a graduate of the Cornell University Food Executive Program. She has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and currently serves on the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC) Board of Directors. In 2021, she was recognized as one of Retail Today’s “50 Outstanding Women in Retail.”
