Michel LeClerc is Chief Administrative Officer for North State Grocery, Inc., a Northern California-based, 100% employee-owned grocery chain, where, since 2010, he has directed the company’s legal and compliance, real estate, human resources, fiduciary, corporate governance and risk management matters.
Prior to his current position, Michel spent 20 years in private law practice, the last ten as a partner at Hansen LeClerc, LLP in Redding, CA.
Michel earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1989, after completing his undergraduate studies at CSU Sacramento in 1986. He is a member of the California State Bar Association. Michel, a lifelong Francophile, resides in Sacramento with his wife Jeana where they both enjoy pickleball, bike riding and snow skiing. They have three grown daughters and two grandchildren.
